Overview
HR Business Partner - Manchester City Centre - 12 Month FTC My client has an immediate need for a HR Business Partner to join then on a 12 month FTC. Reporting to the HR Director, as HR Business Partner you will provide proactive HR support across your business area. As the HR lead you will provide full generalist support with an emphasis on business partnering business leaders to deliver strategic activity. Provide support and guidance to Senior Managers and their managers on a wide range of people challenges and provide practical and sustainable solutions. Handle escalated complex ER issues. Provide advice, support and leading execution on the people implications of change, ensure changes to structure. You will ensure change is delivered in a way that guarantees success for the business and individual colleagues. Support and lead on people projects & initiatives that impact the whole business and/or just your own business partner areas. Skillset and Experience Experienced HR Business Partner ideally from a creative/tech background Demonstrable experience of impacting employee engagement, attrition and well-being Experienced at building relationships with and managing & challenging key stakeholders Experienced at leading, coaching and developing business leaders Comfortable with ambiguity and happy to work in an environment which is informal and going through (positive) change Experienced identifying, leading and implementing HR projects & initiative The role comes with a package between £40,000pa - £45,000pa
