Role/s We require a Siemens PCS 7 Automation Engineer to provide on Site Support to complete configuration activities on batch PCS7 system. It is complex system so candidates with several years’ experience in PCS7 are required preferably in a pharmaceutical environment. The work will involve working on simple changes through to leading small projects Location Customer Site within North West UK Requirements Suitability Degree Qualified, experienced engineer with minimum of 5 years Siemens Systems within the Pharma/FMCG/Packaging/Food & Beverages. PCS 7 Experience in a GMP environment is desirable. Ensure compliance with procedures, cGMP, recognised quality standards and regulatory expectation Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are assessed and fulfilled Functional Design, Coding, Testing (FAT, SAT). Commissioning Skills/Experience (IQ/OQ/PQ). Draft qualification protocols and support equipment qualification activities Ability to troubleshoot and program automated systems. Ability to work in a team environment Proactive individual with an ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team. Open to travel (if required) to support development, F.A.T and other activities Further details of project available to short listed candidates.
