Claims Handler Salary: £17,500 Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm (shifts) occasional Saturday required 1 in 3 Are you looking for a new challenge? Your main role will be to settle claims as quickly and economically as possible, whilst providing a high standard of service to customers. You will be the primary contact for the customer and ensure that a quality service is provided at all times. You will be responsible for the management of your own caseload, making decisions on all aspects of the claim within their own authority limits and will be expected to self-generate the majority of letters.
