Sales Administrator required to join a busy National Accounts team in Bury, North Manchester Your new company One of the UK's largest independent energy specialists based in Bury, North Manchester, this company offers a range of technical support services for some of the UK's largest retail companies. Your new role Supporting the National Accounts team with all administrative tasks, this role will involve; managing all customer emails and telephone calls, allocating work and coordinating customer KPI's and SLA's, managing work orders, diary management and engineer planning, maintaining rotas and project procurement for the Project Managers. What you'll need to succeed You must be organised, have a methodical approach to work, strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a professional telephone manner. Good IT skills are a must as the role does involve the use of several different in-house IT systems, for which full training will be provided for the right person. What you'll get in return This is a permanent position working 37.5 hr per week 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, which includes 1 hour for lunch per day. You will be entitled to 25 days paid annual leave per year, plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, private healthcare and parking are available after the required probationary period has been completed.
