Overview

Our client, a well respected and highly reputable car leasing company, is currently looking for an ambitious and experienced office based Internal Car Sales Executive, to join their team in Bury. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. NO COLD CALLING - WARM LEADS PROVIDED. This is a key sales role to offer the customer the best viable option tailored to them in which you will be targeted to close the deal. The successful candidate will have a great ability to build rapport and gain a thorough understanding of the customer needs to offer them the best solution in terms of vehicle and finance agreement. An initial basic salary of £18k per annum, depending on telesales experience, plus an outstanding commission structure and bonus scheme is on offer. Due to working within a highly regulated industry, we are looking for professional, self-driven individuals that bring zest to the role. If you have a proven track record within telesales, up-selling, cross-selling, telephone based or field based sales, we would LOVE to hear from you. Job Role As an Internal Car Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling car lease options You will manage your own leads utilising the internal CRM system / database You will be responsible for making outbound warm calls in an exciting niche sector This is an office based sales role in a uplifting, positive and professional environment Skills and Experience A minimum of 1 years sales experience required, ideally in internal sales or telesales You must be driven with a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals You must be proactive and an excellent communicator Hungry for success, able to maximise opportunities Please contact Jennifer Jones at Square Peg Associates for immediate consideration.
