Elite Associates has an exciting new opportunity in High Wycombe for a Premium/Luxury footwear company. Our client delivers the latest trends and collections to the market, offering a wide of shoes, trainers, boots, heels, sandals and accessories for different occasions, catering to their loyal client following. They have over 240 locations across the UK and all their designs are created in-house. We are currently seeking a strong, experienced Concession Manager to support the team within an established department store, located in High Wycombe Ideal Candidate: Experienced at a Management level You must be passionate about footwear and accessories You must be motivated, entrepreneurial can incentivise your staff Strong skilled operationally as well as being a people manager Worked with sales targets and KPIs, driving the business revenue In Return: Competitive Salary Generous Bonus & Commission Representing a reputable brand within the fashion industry If you are hardworking, this business has room for great training, coaching and development for a potential career progression within their company.
