Overview
Are you an experienced Team Leader with a knack for dealing with rotas? Looking to work with a National living wage employer on a permanent basis? Suitable candidates will be happy to work on a full time basis offering excellent pay rates up to £11 p/h. Earning you an excellent salary over £22,000 pro-rata. The post is working with adults in their own homes within the Renfrewshire area supporting with meal prep, medication prompt and supporting Independence. As a Team Leader you will be a committed and caring individual responsible for staff covering a specific area in Renfrewshire. This will involve over seeing the rota, ensuring carers are providing the very best care. Shift patterns tend to be a mixture of earlies and lates, across the week including weekends and on call responsibilities.
