Overview
Butler rose have a really exciting Head of Finance opportunity for you to get stuck into. You will have the option to be based at either their Macclesfield or Buxton site. Your new role as Head of Finance: You will be part of the Senior Management team & will take full responsibility for all Financial Controls & Reporting. You will lead and develop the transactional team (Accounts Payable & Credit Control) as well as the Management Accounts team. Your duties will include: Regular liaison with Auditors & leading on Audits Ensuring ledgers are reconciled & getting the team successfully through month end and year end Preparing CAPEX business cases M&A work The Experience & Qualifications Required: The successful Candidate shall be/have: ACA / FCA Qualified Accountant Expert technical skills particularly around International Accounting Standards & Audit. Technical skills in the following areas will also be beneficial - Group Consolidations, Group & Statutory Reporting, IFRS, R&D Tax credits and Consolidated Financial statements M&A / Corporate Transaction experience would be useful You will likely have started your career in Practice and more latterly moved into a technical role in Industry Your Reward & The Package On Offer : As Head of Finance, you shall receive A salary of £60,000 - £70,000 £4,500 Car Allowance 10% Bonus (Business & individual objectives) Pension Healthcare Death in Service - 4 x annual salary 25 days bank holidays This organisation work 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility around start & finish times. However, you will be expected to work over & above contracted hours to meet business demands. Who Are Butler Rose?
