Support Worker - Full Time Temporary - 40 hours a week - £9.20 - £9.50 Your new company Hays are working with service providers across Coventry & Warwickshire that support vulnerable individuals who suffer from the following: Autism, Dementia, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Emotional Behavioural Disorders. We work with services that are both residential care and supported living. Your new role We are looking to recruit experienced support workers who are free for full time temporary work, 40 hours a week. The shifts that are relevant, range from early's (07:30 - 15:00), Late's (15:00 - 22:00), long days (08:00 - 20:00) and waking nights. As a support worker, your role will range from providing personal care to service users, to assisting with day to day activities such as housekeeping, engaging with the community and following relevant care plans issued by the manager of the service. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for the roles, you will need to be readily available to work 40 hours per week. We need previous experience, of at least 1 year with references to be able to register you, and if you drive this would be desirable. You will need to be a motivated individual that truly cares about others, focusing their care practice on the service user.
