Job Description

Two fantastic new positions have become available starting ASAP. The roles will be a 12 month contracts and will provide support the moving from hotels and emergency temporary accommodation provided for former rough sleepers during the recent Covid 19 crisis. The support offered will include practical tasks associated with setting up accommodation, information, advice and guidance, referrals to sources of specialist longer term support, and psychologically informed support to build motivation and confidence that will enhance the likelihood of a successful transition and sustainment of tenancy. A significant degree of flexibility is required in delivering the service to meet client's needs; some evening and weekend work, the role is over 35 hours per week. You will be conducting initial assessments and ongoing reviews, building positive relationships and signposting to relevant support services The applicant should have experience and training in project, housing work or support, ideally working with the homeless.
