Overview
Propert Fraud Solicitor - 3 Years PQE - Manchester, M1 I am currently working on a great opportunity for the right candidate to work with one of the largest law firms in the UK. My client is a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm and has an enviable reputation. My client is urgently looking for a 3 years PQE Solicitor to join their Fraud Team in Manchester to deal with property fraud matters. As part of the team, you will be responsible for defending suspected exaggerated or fraudulent fast and multi-track property insurance claims. The work will involve liaising with industry bodies to include the Police, regulators and the IFB. If you are someone who meets the following criteria then please do apply: 3 years PQE UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with appropriate insurance or commercial litigation experience which includes property related disputes, product liability and insurance coverage disputes(ideal for insurance or commercial dispute resolution Solicitors); and Running a caseload of multi-track claims and complex work; Sound experience of negotiation and litigation.
