Are you a Support Worker looking to change people’s lives? We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Bedford on a 2 year fixed term contract working a minimum of 35 hours per week (some of which will be unsocial). This post includes some travel and overnight stops can be expected. You will also be included in the rota for on call cover outside of shift hours. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £18,606 plus pension and excellent benefits. As our Support Worker you will assist in the provision of an efficient and effective service to support client engagement through the delivery of day-to-day services within the Project and the community. The service aims to engage with clients to reconnect with communities and develop independent living skills and help clients to live crime-free lives. You will also support Clients to achieve the aims laid out in their Care/Support Plan.
