Overview
Customer Service Advisor Stevenage to £17,500 pa (potential to increase to £23K within first 12 months) Immediate permanent contract The role will include; Sales order processing and advising customers on their selections Handling incoming enquiries and updating customers on existing orders Dealing with delivery and stock issues - proactively calling customers to update Managing more complex customer enquiries to completion Responding to customers on the phone, via Live Chat or email Providing positive customer service externally and internally You will effectively be the voice of the company for all customers whilst working as part of an established customer service team. You’ll be supported and encouraged to develop your skills and will be given an opportunity to settle and grow your career in a company who look after its staff as well as its customers. Strong written communication skills as well as the confidence to handle customers at all levels is essential. Personally you’ll be an engaged team player who will bring a new motivation and enthusiasm to the work environment. An ability to work outside of core office hours is essential as you may be asked to work into the evening and at weekends. Previous experience gained within a customer facing environment essential. This could be either face to face or in an office based role.
