Overview

We are currently working closely with large FM Air Conditioning Company in the High Wycombe area with a 3 million pound service and maintenance divsion. As a company they cover contracts for all of the leading FM companies across the UK, contracts include Critical Data Centres and Blue Chip sites. We are currently looking to recruit a HVAC Technical Services Manager to be mainly based in the High Wycombe HQ. You will be expected to look after 7 direct reports, 4 in-direct reports and 1 Service Coordinator on the Service and Maintenance division. Location Office (High Wycombe) & Field Based Hours 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday Or as the role requires Tasks Day to Day Management of Engineers Conduct / Oversee Engineers Meetings Assisting with the Scheduling of Engineers. Staff Appraisals & Development (Engineers) Assisting with the recruitment of new Engineers Customer Account Management. Customer Meetings. Maintenance Contract Renewals Technical Assistance to Internal & External Staff. Technical Assistance to Customers. Writing / Issuing Reports. Writing / issuing Quotes. Site Surveys / Assessments. Field Visits Business Development. Assisting With / Overseeing Small Works. Development & Improvement of the Maintenance Department. F-Gas Register Administration Quotations Service Delivery Assisting with the writing of Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) Any other tasks for the good of the business.
