I have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing company in Nottingham, who pride themselves on providing superior products and services to their customers. The Opportunity To provide mechanical design and development for niche automation and materials handling equipment. Be in control of the whole design process from cradle to grave, being a key member of the drawing office. Support the business in identifying functional assemblies and standard mechanisms to drive efficiencies across the Mechanical Design department. What's needed for me to be considered? Engineering degree, Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Having hands on exposure designing Electro-Mechanical systems in either an industrial, automotive or aerospace environment. Ideally having experience in special purpose, automation or materials handling equipment. Fluent in 3D CAD Solid works preferably but will review other 3D CAD packages. What next?
