12-month FTC - Nottingham based - Further Education - £30,942 - £40,322 DOE - 36.25 per week - 30 days holiday Hays Building Services, Leicester are seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work with a Nottingham based Further Education organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract. Your new role Your main responsibilities will be as follows; Manage day to day planned and reactive maintenance of key mechanical services. Manage condition surveys, data collection and the evaluation of condition. Assist in the development of a ten-year asset replacement plan Management of the operational budgets for mechanical assets and systems. Manage risk-based maintenance regimes. Manage mechanical suppliers evaluating competence, H&S compliance and resource levels. What you'll need to succeed A proven detailed knowledge of Mechanical engineering services applicable to a Further Education organisation. Substantial experience of mechanical services and associated plant. Experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical services, within a large multi-site organisation. Experience of managing people, finance and H&S. HNC/HND in Mechanical services or equivalent.
