Overview
Service Desk Analyst – York - 3 month contract initially (inside IR35 / umbrella) Busy Service Desk role aiming for high rate of first-time fixes. Opportunity to deal with more complex 2nd line calls. Ideally looking for someone who can deal with advanced troubleshooting - With strong experience of Windows 10, Active Directory and Exchange Server. Technology the Service Desk support: Windows 10 / Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft Exchange 2016 Remote access for servers, printers, mobile phones Remote Peripheral / Hardware support Sophos Support of core infrastructure / ERP system VEAM / Arcserve backup LAN/WAN Switches / Router connectivity Virtual infrastructure / VM Ware MDM Mobile Device Management Experience required: You will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working within a busy helpdesk / service desk / IT Support environment supporting a Microsoft / Windows estate.
