Acquisition Integration Manager £80,000 per annum Central London The Opportunity: I am working with a private equity-backed technology business who are executing an international buy & build strategy following recent investment. With operations in EMEA & the US already, they are looking to extend their reach into the Far East and Australasia, as well as further consolidating the markets they already operate in. The Role: This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Head of M&A. You will support financial due diligence, acquisition integration and post-acquisition investment appraisal. You will integrate teams, processes and will transfer data from legacy systems into group. This is an autonomous role which will have lots of direct interaction with the exec teams of the newly acquired companies.
