Clinical Lead Nurse RGN - RMN Oldbury £37,750 per annum I currently have an exciting opportunity for a clinical lead nurse to work as a for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers within their beautiful purpose built nursing home in Oldbury. The home provides high quality, person-centred elderly, dementia and general nursing care within a 40 bed home. This role is perfect for an experienced Deputy to build into a home manager role. As the clinical lead nurse you will be required to support the home's passionate and skilled home manager to ensure that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. You will be required to lead a team of healthcare professionals and provide clinical support and guidance throughout the home.
