Overview
Residential Support Worker Your new company My Client is in the heart of Gosport with multiple sites close to local amenities and well connected with public transport. Your new role You will support the service users to participate and get involved with the day to day running of the home. Providing assistance for the services to follow their own passions and interests, completing tasks and hobbies that are enjoyed by the residents. You will be encouraging, enabling choice and individuality to each resident to achieve goals. What you'll need to succeed Positive and motivated Enhanced Disclosure (DBS) Driving licence is a plus but not essential Flexible Previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties or challenging behaviours is a must Excellent communication skills What you'll get in return Flexible working options available. This is a challenging job however, highly rewarding. This is a temporary position offering a variety of shifts, including days, waking nights and weekend work. The hours available can suit someone looking for flexible hours to suit their own personal situation.
