3rd Line Support - 45K Newcastle Salary: Up to 45K Dependant on experience Excellent Benefits and Working Environment A market leading Managed Service Provider in the Newcastle/Gateshead area are currently searching for a 3rd Line Engineer to join their team. You will be the main point of escalation for all IT Support issues across different customers and lead projects and work closely with customers to work out their requirements. You will also be the point of disaster recovery. To be suitable for the role it is imperative that you are an excellent communicator with a charismatic personality. You will have excellent planning and prioritisation skills being able to multi-task and prioritise workloads. You will ideally have a depth of experience dealing with high end technical queries.
