Overview

Our client a leading service provider organisation in the Southport area are looking to appoint a part-time Accounts Office Manager. You will be joining a business that is a pinnacle part of the local community having sole responsibility for carrying out a wide variety of financial transactions for 2 subsidiary companies. Working approximately 20 hours per week you will report to the Senior Manager and will be rewarded with some good benefits to include flexibility around your working hours, free on-site parking and pension scheme. Main Role Responsibilities: Transactional duties - sales & purchase ledger Preparing quarterly VAT returns Responsibility for banking and petty cash Assisting with annual budgets & cashflow Person Specification: Flexible & adaptable approach to your work Ability to prioritise a varied workload over reduced hours Worked in a similar level of role Ability to pick up new systems quickly This is a great opportunity to work on a flexible basis for a company with a "family run feel".
