Overview
Are you somebody who can make a difference? The scheme of 13 flats and 2 bungalows is home to 15 people with mental health and learning difficulties. The main block of 13 flats is spread over 3 floors and there is lift access. Each flat has an en suite bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. The scheme is set within a large walled garden. The Communal areas in the main building include a main entrance/seating area, lounge and tea making facilities. Our services are individualised, person centred and deliver valued outcomes for people as we passionately believe that the people we support have the right to lives that are meaningful and that enable them to reach their full potential as individuals.
