Overview
Start Date: 1st June 2020 Pay: Kent Range 5 WORKING HOURS: 37 ½ hours over 5 days per week 8:00am – 4:00pm START DATE: 1st June 2020 We are looking for a highly organised, efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable Personal Assistant /Secretary to cover a maternity leave vacancy and to carry out a range of duties for three members of our Leadership Team. You will work under the direction of the Office Manager and carry out both administrative and office procedures and must be prepared to undertake first aid duties. You will have a high level of resilience and the ability to multi task. You must have a minimum of Grade C or above (or equivalent) in both GCSE Maths and English and will require excellent IT and interpersonal skills, possess initiative and a willingness to contribute to the continued improvement of our school. You will also have previous experience in a busy office environment. Proof of your qualifications will be required at the interview stage. Previous school office experience and first aid experience/certificate would be an advantage.
