Overview
Our specialises in the provision of claims management and loss adjusting services. This is an excellent opportunity for a Claims Technician within their Loss Adjusting Services Agricultural & Rural Network in Birmingham Working alongside Adjusters you will assist in the progression of losses up to £100,000 in value. As well as assisting with new instructions, you`ll have the ability and background knowledge to make the right decisions on each claim regarding settlement, policy cover and repudiation. Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service Experience of dealing with domestic & commercial property claims, up to the stated value Superb communications skills - listening and acting upon information given The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim. Understanding and empathy when required Be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis Ideally Cert CILA or working towards
