Domiciliary Care Registered Branch Manager, Bradford, West Yorkshire Excellent starting salary 40k bonus and benefits This is an opportunity not to be missed, working closely with the directors of the company we are looking for an experienced domiciliary care manager to oversee the turnaround of one of their homecare branches in Bradford, West Yorkshire. On offer is the opportunity to work directly with the senior management team and directors, which will give you a platform to showcase your expertise, and gain recognition and reward for your efforts and the results your produce. This role may also lead to future opportunities within the group. We are interested in speaking to experienced domiciliary care managers with strong leadership skills, who are passionate about caring for elderly people, and motivated and enthusiastic about introducing new ways of working in line with CQC guidelines, to grow, develop and further improve standards throughout the branch. Successful candidates must be able to evidence current or previous experience of working in a domiciliary care business and the responsibilities associated with the role. You must be confident in your knowledge, skills and ability to work autonomously and committed to delivering safe & effective care and leadership.
