Overview

Support Workers needed in the Northwich/Winsford area Your new company I am working closely with a company that provides residential services for young adults with autism and complex needs. The company are currently expanding and restructuring meaning there are a number of vacancies in the services. Due to this, they require interim cover meaning there are a number of temporary opportunities. The best candidates will be offered temp - perm roles. Your new role You will be supporting service users on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis. You will be supporting with every day life including going out on walks, swimming etc as well as basic life skills such as eating, personal care and bed time routines. You will also need to help with some domestic duties including cleaning, cooking etc. What you'll need to succeed You must have 6 months recent experience in a similar setting and be willing to work each week. Ideally you will drive as the services are difficult to get to on public transport. You will be reliable and consistent to provide the best care that the service users deserve. You must be comfortable with all aspects of personal care.
