Overview

Quickline Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Team Manager to join the Short break service in Wiltshire Council. The day rate for this role is £240 to £300 About the Role The service provides short break care to children and young people aged 5-17yrs across a range of disabilities and complex needs, and we are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to manage this residential respite provision and take it to the next level. You will lead and manage a staff group to ensure effective services are offered to children and young people who need a positive and supportive respite placement. Take responsibility for the role of Registered Manager as an Ofsted statutory requirement. Set standards within Canons House so that the vision can be carried forward by the whole team ensuring that a comprehensive service is delivered in line with the National Children Homes regulations. Requirements of the Team Manager Educated to degree level i.e. Diploma or degree in social work, CQSW, CSS or equivalent.
