Overview
Our client is an international leisure/hospitality business currently looking for a Head of Finance. Reporting into the CFO, this role will be part of an innovative business and responsible for delivering insightful analysis and business partnering and consolidating all of the group results. The business has an international footprint and with investment coming from private equity backers, is looking to push on with further expansion. There is a Financial Controller in place (a peer) who is responsible for all control and reporting, however you will be responsible for the numbers coming out /teams within their international sites as well as all commercial finance activities. Role Requirements: Provide financial analysis and in order to drive efficiency and streamline business processes Analyse and interpret all financial data to improve financial performance Preparation and analysis of key KPIs Process design and streamlining Prepare benchmarking analysis Partner with the operations team to drive commerciality and profit Review and implement new systems and IT initiatives Run the b udgeting and forecasting processes Prepare monthly and yearly consolidated accounts Candidate Requirements: Qualified accountant (or overseas equivalent) Ideally international experience within an international hospitality/multi site busienss industry Advanced Excel Competitive Salary and package: In applying for this vacancy, you accept that your data will be processed by Consumer Additions.
