Overview

Butler Rose is pleased to be working in partnership with a fantastic organisation based in Milton Keynes while they go through a period of change and system implementations within the business. They are looking for a Dynamics Application Specialist to join them to see them through this implementation, on a fulltime, permanent position. As the Dynamics Application specialist it will be your responsibility to provide solutions to the business for the Dynamics 365 implementation, ensuring activity is maintained to the highest level and handing any problems or issues that may occur. Key responsibilities: Be the main technical lead for CRM configuration and administration activities Lead or participate in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting user processes and requirements. Provide advise to business users on best practices for CRM Create epics, features, backlog items (user stories), tasks and estimates ready to be assigned to sprints Build and configure CRM entities, forms, views, fields, dashboards and workflows Support CRM related projects leveraging knowledge of CRM capabilities and business processes and controls. This may include some business discovery/analysis, design, development, testing and deployment activities, as well as overseeing the transition of project output into BAU support Liaise with technical support, infrastructure, development teams and 3rd party providers to resolve problems, implement change and deploy software CRM solutions. Act as a business point of contact into the Application Configuration and Support team for CRM users. Provide enhancements and support for interfaces with CRM such as the Kingsway Soft interface with Dynamics NAV Communicate and co-ordinate with business users and the ITD Release Management team on the release of software and fixes. Ensure that all application issues are dealt with effectively and in line with business/user priorities and expectations. Ensure the ticket management system is maintained with the status and action of issues assigned. Enhance the reputation of the IT department through providing effective, balanced responses to issues from internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and collaborate with members of the Application Configuration and Support team in all CRM related activities. Key attributes required: Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and a team player Dynamics 365 CRM certifications with over 3 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CRM A good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, business processes, workflows, configurations, customisations, reporting, dashboards, integration development, solution file management, the security model and UI development Be analytically minded and have the ability to solve problems Able to identify user issues and assist in resolving them Keep up to date on the enhancements of current systems and development of new systems to provide effect support in the systems identified.
