Overview

Due to the recent Covid19 outbreak we are looking for reliable and committed individuals to support the exceptional NHS Staff within the Ambulance Service control Hubs These opportunities are 37.5 hours per week across a 24 hours / 7 days a week 4-week rota period - You must be fully flexible to work all shifts including some Bank Holidays (please do not apply if you can't) You will be working in a very busy office in South Manchester, taking emergency and non-emergency calls from the general public, Ambulance Staff, Medics and other Emergency Services Personnel It will be your responsibility to ask deal with challenging situations calmly and with patience before progressing them through the right channel. You may also be dealing with dispatches of Ambulances, dealing with the radio, GP/Hospital admission and bookings and lots more. For these roles you should be able to provide us with full referencing documentation and be subject to a DBS check.
