Overview
Associate Clinical Lead / Clinical Lead We are working in Partnership with HomeLink Healthcare, a leading healthcare organisation who support the transition from hospital to home-based care by stopping people being admitted to hospital, and enabling others to come home more quickly. This service is the future of the healthcare system, operating both within the NHS and for private health providers and patients. This is a Band 7 equivalent permanent position but we also have a Band 8a available on a contract basis. We are looking to recruit an Associate Clinical Lead, equivalent to Band 7 who will: Lead on identifying patients on the wards who are suitable for the service. Deputise for the Clinical and Operational Lead and may be required to represent the service at Regional and corporate level as and when requested. Support the budgetary management and delivery of the service including, performance indicators, targets and clinical standards. Guarantee provision of safe, high quality evidence-based practice Undertake PDR's, supervision and clinical rounds as part of the performance review process for team members as required and contribute towards professional revalidation processes. An essential component of the role is the need to personally maintain clinical competencies required for effective, high quality and evidence based clinical practice. We are looking for a qualified Senior Nurse with management experience looking for a role with added responsibility. You will still be confident clinically but looking to step into an office based role to apply your clinical knowledge.
