Award-winning firm has a new opening to suit an experienced senior associate to join their corporate team in Norwich. Our client is a well-respected values-led law firm with a leading reputation for corporate law. Handling high-quality transactional work including major corporate M&A, private equity and financing deals on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner-managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups, the firm has excellent strength in depth, including a focus on a range of key sectors including retail, technology, property and education. Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint a senior associate with a minimum of 4 years of corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the East of England from another centre or London. With at least 4 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. Working in a market-leading, and strong partner-led team, you'll benefit from excellent client exposure, a strong portfolio of transactional work from the outset and the scope to enhance your skills and experience in all respects.
