Electrical Project Manager / Project Engineer - £40,000 - 50,000 Car package - Newark Your new company A Newark based M&E Design & Build contractor are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer / Project Manager to join their team. They deliver building services projects to a wide variety of clients in the commercial, industrial, leisure, education, healthcare and transport sectors. Your new role Manage all aspects of Electrical install and refurbishment projects with values ranging from £500k - £5million. Review projects with design / estimating team Attend client meetings Manage site construction Coordinate Health & Safety Procurement of labour / materials Budgeting / Cost Control Progress reports Testing & Inspection Creating O&M manuals Final project handover What you'll need to succeed At least 3 - 5 years as a project manager / project engineer HNC / HND in Electrical Engineer Successfully delivered electrical projects with values in excess of £1million Wide variety of sector experience (commercial, education, industrial etc) What you'll get in return Up to £50,000 Car / Car Allowance 24 days holiday Company Pension Private Health Care For more information, please call Ben Fox on 0116 253 8097 Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
