Electrical Project Manager - £40-45k Car Allowance - Nottingham - M&E Contractor Your new company A small Nottingham based M&E contractor are looking to appoint an additional Electrical Project Manager to join their team. They work on commercial, education, healthcare, large residential and retail projects across the UK. Your new role Manage all aspects of Electrical install and refurbishment projects with values ranging from £500k - £5million. Review projects with design / estimating team Attend client meetings Manage site construction Coordinate Health & Safety Procurement of labour / materials Budgeting / Cost Control Progress reports Testing & Inspection Creating O&M manuals Final project handover What you'll need to succeed At least 3 - 5 years as a project manager / project engineer HNC / HND in Electrical Engineer (desirable) 18th Edition NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (desirable) Successfully delivered electrical projects with values in excess of £1million Wide variety of sector experience (commercial, education, industrial etc) What you'll get in return Up to £45,000 £5,000 Car Allowance Profit related bonus scheme 24 days holiday Travel and accommodation expenses paid Company laptop mobile phone allowance Company Pension Contribution Private Health Care (after probation period) For more information, please call Ben Fox on 0116 253 8097 Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
