Overview
A new and impressive datacentre which is being brought to Manchester from a huge client of ours is looking for an IP Network Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The primary focus of the IP Network Engineer will be to ensure a seamless interface with my client's network alongside the following primary responsibilities: High and low level designs for the Active Network Support network software analysis and testing procedures POC testing of new technologies, to evaluate suitability for the network Provide operational support to the active network Support active network deployment, configuring / testing / commissioning equipment Technical vendor engagement through support and future deliveries Fully conversant with Cisco ASR and network interface protocol My client are huge advocates of work/life balance so they offer great remote work options as well, if required.
