Chef de Partie Fresh Food Destination Pub Good Tips A Chef de Partie position is available at a destination dining pub located in the Richmond region Role: A fresh food country pub is seeking a strong Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs working in the busy kitchen at the property.The pub offers ‘a la carte’ dining with menus featuring the best local produce with the team of chefs preparing traditional pub meals alongside modern, innovative dishes.As Chef de Partie you will receive excellent training in order to progress your knowledge in the kitchen with the prospect of moving around the sections in the kitchen to develop your all round skills in the kitchen. Requirements: A Chef de Partie who has been working in high quality, fresh food kitchens where they were cooking for large numbers is needed for this role.The position may well develop into a Junior Sous Chef role should you prove yourself capable to move up in the kitchen.All chefs must be capable of running their own section in the kitchen, coping well with the high numbers of covers and always being prepared for service.
