A Sous Chef position is now available at a pub located in the Richmond region of North Yorkshire Role: A pub which is part of a small group of various properties is seeking a Sous Chef who will be responsible for the day to day running of the pub kitchen reporting into the Group Executive Chef.This is a new venture for the group so a large part of your role will be to ensure consistent standards of cooking from the small team of chefs in order to builds the pubs reputation.The pub offers simple, fresh food for 40 covers with a combination of pub classics and some more modern dishes on the menus. Requirements: A Sous Chef seeking a role with more responsibility where you will be in charge of a kitchen on a daily basis would be ideal for this role.A CV that shows longevity in your roles with positions based in similar all fresh food kitchens with a focus on simplicity would be ideal.
