Overview
A Junior Sous Chef role is available at a restaurant/ bar located in Doncaster Role: A motivated Junior Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen of a restaurant and bar that creates menus with modern dishes prepared from fresh ingredients on site.There is a team of four chefs working in the kitchen who you will be expected to manage when the Head Chef is on their days off.In this position of Junior Sous Chef you will be required to be capable of working on all sections in the kitchen in order to offer the Head Chef full support. Requirements: A Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who already has a number of years experience in kitchens where you have gained strong cooking skills on all sections is needed for this role.As well as being a talented chef it is also important that you are capable of supervising others in the kitchen and running service times when required.
