A fast paced restaurant located in Lincolnshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen Role: A Chef de Partie position is available at a good quality, fast paced restaurant where you will be working with fresh food as well as some pre-prepared dishes.The Head Chef is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie who is fully capable of running their own section in the kitchen keeping up to speed with the fast paced service times and ensuring that you reach the standards expected consistently.The restaurant serves a combination of both modern and more traditional dishes with a steakhouse feel for the evening service. Requirements: The role needs an experienced Chef de Partie who has experience running a busy section in the kitchen of a high volume, fast paced kitchen.An enthusiastic chef who is looking for a role that can offer them continued training whilst giving you the responsibility to take charge of your section would be ideal.
