One of the UK's leading and most progressive independent insurance broking firms is looking to expand their business from a strategic and broking perspective. This business has seen extremely progressive growth over the 15 years and are now at the point to implement a serious push to join the top 20 UK brokers. You will need to be progressive forward thinking individual with ideas that can implement substantial growth within a well-established organisation. The Company ·A top borderline top 50 UK broking firm, with multiple offices across the UK and a superb reputation for commerciality and professionalism. ·The business is amongst the markets most progressive, with serious financial results allowing further investment. ·The North East has been and will remain the foothold of this business with growth plans to move open offices throughout the country. The Role ·This opportunity isn't for the faint hearted, you'll have the financial and commercial support of a growing business and a hands-on senior management team, but the buck really will stop with you with regards to regional growth. ·You will hold responsibility for the entire broking department alongside management of the large insurer relations and strategic placement This role will sit on the board and report directly into the Managing Director You ·Your track record will demonstrate a mix of client facing and commercial achievement ·You'll be a driven individual who believes they have the ability to create and nurture something special in return for strong financial and professional rewards. ·Commercial insurance broking experience is essential. ·ACII qualification, or work towards is advantageous, although not essential.
