This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Associate Director - Insight for one of Leeds' most tech savvy Research Agency. This agency is going from strength to strength and are now looking to grow the business further with this new addition You'll be working with leading brands in fantastic surroundings alongside a truly great bunch Job Description: As Associate Director - Insight, you'll be taking the lead on some of the agencies biggest clients spanning entertainment, retail and FMCG brands. Responsibilities will include the day to day handling of client relationships, overseeing the smooth running of research projects, contributing to, or writing proposals and working alongside the community management team to ensure the success of clients' online insight communities. The role comprises a combination of account management and research work, encompassing survey design, data analysis and reporting as well as line management and coaching and mentoring. Research will focus on the individual requirements of each client. Both quantitative and (online) qualitative research will be required, however there will be a greater focus on quantitative methodologies. What We're Looking For: To be considered for this Associate Director - Insight role, you'll excel in research skills including; questionnaire design, online survey best practice, data analysis and report writing with experience of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Online qualitative experience e.g. online focus groups is desirable. You'll be customer focused with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships, in a similar research environment, taking responsibility for meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
