JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with an award-winning company based in Leeds as they look to recruit an Administrator to join one of their teams on a 9 Month Contract. This opportunity is working for a manufacturing business, who pride themselves on recyclable products and reducing their carbon footprint. Working on a temporary basis you will have immediate access to all permanent vacancies with the opportunity to apply for relevant roles. The company are going through a continuous period of growth facing very exciting times ahead. Due to the planned growth within the business this role would best suit someone with the determination to learn & develop. The successful candidate will have a background within administration and be willing to take on a fast-paced varied role. Key duties will include: ? Processing orders, ensuring orders can be fulfilled with current stock levels Keeping up to date information of products Build and maintain relationships with suppliers Identify where savings can be made to reduce expenditure Daily reporting Ad-hoc administrative duties for the team Training will be provided, however as this is a temporary opportunity, recent office experience within an administrative role is essential so someone can pick up the duties and responsibilities with ease.
