Customer Service Advisor based in Stockport Centre Offering £18,000 per annum Full time, permanent role We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic business based in Stockport Centre (just a stone throw away from Stockport station) who are looking to expand their existing customer service department with professional, motivated and experience Customer Service Advisors. The Role Handling incoming calls and email enquiries from business customers, all calls will vary but will range from technical support and faults, supporting with paperwork and account set up, discrepancies and enquiring about other products and services. With all calls you will be looking to provide exceptional customer service, giving professional advice and guidance, always aiming to put the customer first and give them an efficient and reliable experience. Using the inhouse system to resolve queries as well as to log and emend customer details Working to and aiming for a one call resolution alongside other call related KPI's such as quality, service and efficiency. Full training will be provided from day 1, our client ensures you get the very best training to allow you to comfortably and confidently deal with enquiries and overall succeed within your role. Working Monday - Friday on shifts between 8am-7pm, working 1 weekend day per month (Saturday 9am-5pm or Sunday 9am-1pm). Based in a fantastic location in Stockport alongside a friendly, motivated and support team The Person Our ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally within phone based environment. Overall we are looking for a driven, reliable and professional individual with strong communications skills with the ability to form relationships and always aiming to go the extra mile. Must have a stable career history. Fully proficient when using computers and in house systems. Comfortable and confident working to tight timescales and call based KPI's. Able to commit to working rotational shifts between 8am-7pm and the ability to work an occasional weekend shift.
