Overview
One of our global logistics clients is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk with at least 3 years experience within the freight or logistics industry. Main duties w ill include: Ensuring proper authorisation of invoices Coding high volumes of invoices Data entry of vendor invoices Managing supplier queries Preparation and execution of payments Reconciling vendor statements Ad hoc duties as requested by line manager Excellent company benefits including: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Health insurance after probation period – 3 mths Pension Scheme ( employer 7.5% and employee 5% Auto-enrolment pension ( government standard) Free Parking on site Core hours 7.5hrs a day ( 9am -5.30pm or 8.30am- 5pm) Candidates must be able to provide 5 years clear reference history for DBS application.
