Great, we currently have some fantastic opportunities for up and coming Assistant Quantity Surveyors in London The Role (s) Assistant Quantity Surveyor x 3 (Current Openings) The Projects New Build Projects – Current Values from £10M - £30M Education, Mixed Use (Residential, Commercial) Private Residential New Build All Design & Build Contracts 2 Year Programme’s All projects are to go to site within the next month Benefits In house Training. Demonstrated History of internally promoting The Company Tier 1 Main Contractor Location (s) 1 x West London 1 x S/W London 1 x Northern Home Counties – Further detail to be given on application To be suitable Demonstrable experience with a Tier 1 Main Contractors IN THE UK, working in at least the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor Ideally you will have managed packages of “building project” work from design drawings through to final accounts Doing this on either New Build, Refurbishment or Fit Out Projects with total build values in excess of £10M Please do note as well: This is an Assistant Quantity Surveying position, not a graduate role Sorry Graduates this is quite a bit more senior than initial entry level Salary A basic salary of up to £40,000 P/A Package (inc. Travel, Car Allowance, Bonus, Private. Healthcare/Dental, Life Assurance More) – dependant on a candidates current experience level.
