Customer Success Manager - MarTech | SaaS Manchester City Centre £35k - £45k (Dependant on Experience) SSA have landed an exciting opportunity to recruit a Customer Success Manager for a rapidly growing, highly successful technology company to help enable and continue their exciting global growth plans by scaling and improving their customer retention strategy. Joining a CSM team of 8, this is a great opportunity for a Customer Success Manager / Retention Account Manager to work in their new Manchester office as they look to grow the NW team in 2020, working in conjuntion with the established London CSM team. It's perfect for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on maximising client satisfaction and is now looking for an amazing challenge working within a fast-paced, tech environment. As our ideal Customer Success specialist, you will be a highly driven, self-starter with outstanding project management / time management skills and a track record of managing a varied retention book of happy customers. You will have a proven track record in a similar Customer Success role (Or Account Management with a Customer Success focus) within a B2B Software / SaaS company; maximising customer retention by advising customers to ensure they realise the full value of their investment, whilst also driving increased revenue within the existing customer base by identifying cross and upsell opportunities. Experience within a technology environment (SaaS, Digital Marketing or cloud-based software product) is important so you can pick the product up quickly and engage in meaningful discussions with all members of the product division. Also, experience with Customer success tools such as Gainsight would be highly beneficial.
