Overview

French Technical Support Advisor This fantastic opportunity would suit a technical minded individual, providing technical support for a global music technology company. As a Technical Support Advisor you will support customers in the Europe and USA with networking and router issues. Your Role – French Technical Support Advisor · Provide customer satisfaction through end-to-end management of each service request by maintaining service status ensuring periodic review of calls with reference to escalation timeframe and timely closure. · Provide amazing technical assistance to customers through live troubleshooting and problem isolation · Providing clear and excellent customer care to existing or new customers, ensuring a high customer satisfaction through both voice, e-mail and social media contact · Pro-actively take ownership of open issues and work successfully with management and the engineering team · Follow-up with the customer until the issue is resolved · Identify, analyse and solve software and hardware issues · Work with music services and all operating systems (Mac, Android, Windows and iOS). · Demonstrating an ability to troubleshoot, analyse and identify solutions using existing guidelines and tools · Utilising proper CRM tools and systems You will need to: · Fluent in French & English (spoken and written). · Have a real passion for music and technology · Enjoy working as part of a team · Experienced with home network troubleshooting and configuration including wireless configuration, router settings, and Internet security software · Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills · Inquisitive, bright & creative trouble-shooter · Driven to go the extra mile to solve an issue · Knowledge of Mac/PC, Android and iOS operating systems strongly desired. · College degree in Computer Science or other related field preferred · Ability to troubleshoot problems, research and find answers to consumer questions · Ability to work under pressure What you get: · The chance to live and work in the beautiful City of Edinburgh capital of Scotland. · Our client provides a bright, modern and exciting multicultural place to work with excellent staff facilities. · £19,170 pa starting salary per annum plus bonus and employer benefits · Full Time positions and 40 hour contracts · On-going training and career development · Free hot drinks · Pension Scheme. · Annual rewards and bonus opportunity · Team and Company Events.
