Great opportunity in Tameside for a Customer Service Advisor with order processing experience. The hiring company is a Fashion distribute who are seeing vast business growth. Client Details Our client is a leading fashion company based in Tameside who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their successful team and assist customers with orders from the point of placing the order to dispatch. They are seeing huge business growth and are looking to expand their team to meet the demand of their market. Description The main responsibilities of this role include processing orders from order entry through to dispatch, across a wide selection on areas. Manage and maintain relationships with UK key account and independent retailer orders, Keep up to date with regular stock reports. The day to day duties include speaking with customers and clients to ensure orders are placed accurately and information is up to date as to order timescales. They will also respond to customer calls and queries and assist wherever required, maintain customer databases; contact details etc. and prepare, plan and execute forward orders for the two main buying cycles, advising customers of new product ranges and appropriate stock levels. Profile Based in Tameside, the successful Customer Service Advisor must have/be: Excellent computer and communication skills including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. An excellent telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience within a customer service based role Able to establish a good understanding of customer's needs and a desire to deliver high standards Able to work flexibly within defined parameters and adapt in a changing environment with a positive approach Demonstrates focus to reach goals and KPI's set out by managers Takes an interest in customer's enquiries and works proactively to solve problems Able to work well within a team to achieve shared goals and provide support to colleagues to achieve the best solution for the business and the customer Demonstrates a desire to develop and improve as an individual The ability to work effectively under pressure and on your own initiative Proactive and self-motivated Accuracy and attention to detail Job Offer £19K salary growing company progression opportunities fashion company
