Overview

Part time job opportunity for an accounts assistant to work afternoons for a business in Maidenhead. Your new company A successful law firm with several offices around London and the South East. Owing to expansion they are looking for an accounts assistant to join their finance team working afternoons, from 1.30pm - 5.30pm. Your new role You will join a busy department and take on a wide range of duties. These will include computerised bank reconciliations, online banking, take card payments over the phone, administration of payroll and holiday records. You will also have the opportunity to assist with month end and year end activities. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of working as an accounts assistant with good knowledge of bank reconciliations and be able to work afternoons. What you'll get in return Full training will be provided along with car parking if needed.
